Billing and cancellation terms
Cancel online during the 3-day trial to avoid the first charge. After a paid period begins, cancellation stops the next annual or monthly renewal and access continues through the current paid period. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation before the subscription ends and keep the selected founding price. Once the subscription actually ends, neither founding price can be restored.

When will I be charged?
The trial starts when you complete Checkout. If you do not cancel, three days later you are charged either $12 USD for the annual plan or $2 USD for the monthly plan. The selected plan then renews at the same founding price plus applicable taxes.
Is my founding price really forever?
Yes. The annual plan renews at $12 USD per year and the monthly plan renews at $2 USD per month forever while the selected subscription remains continuously active. Once the subscription actually ends, the founding price cannot be restored.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel online before the trial ends and the first annual or monthly charge will not be made.
What happens if I cancel after paying?
Your access continues through the paid annual or monthly period. You can reverse the scheduled cancellation before that period ends and keep the selected founding price. Once the subscription actually ends, neither founding offer can be restored.
Are Windows and application licences included?
No. You need your own valid Windows licence and any licences required by the Windows applications you use.
Will every Windows application work?
No universal compatibility promise is possible. Windowly uses Windows 11 ARM, and compatibility depends on the application and your Mac. Use the trial to test the exact workflow you need.
