Use Stripe’s secure customer portal to cancel Windowly, update your payment method, or view and download invoices.
How cancellation works: sign in using the same email address you entered at checkout. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a payment, access continues until the end of the current billing period and the next renewal will not be charged.

The current portal is connected to Windowly’s Stripe test environment while checkout is being tested. It will be replaced with the live Stripe portal before accepting live payments.
What you can do in the portal
- Cancel the subscription without contacting support
- Update the payment method and billing details
- View and download current and previous invoices
